Booklist Order Cancellations, Modifications and Returns

Cancellation and return requests: Any request to cancel or return a booklist order for change-of-mind or other customer-requested reasons must be submitted to Office Corporate & Education within 14 days of the date payment was made for the order.
Requests outside the 14-day period: Cancellation or return requests received more than 14 days after the date of payment may, at the discretion of Office Corporate & Education, be subject to a restocking fee of up to 30% of the value of the affected goods, or the cancellation or return may not be accepted.
Administration fee for order changes: Once a booklist order has been paid for, any customer-requested modification to that order will incur a 1.5% fee or a $4.95 administration fee per transaction/request, whichever is greater. This includes, but is not limited to, customer-requested cancellations, changes, replacements or other amendments to a paid order.
PayPal payments: Where PayPal was used as the method of payment, any applicable PayPal fees, bank fees, payment processing charges or surcharges associated with the original transaction are non-refundable, to the extent permitted by law. These fees or charges may therefore be deducted from, or excluded from, the amount refunded to the customer.
Condition of returned items: Any goods accepted for return under our change-of-mind or customer-requested returns policy must be unopened, unused, undamaged and in as-new, resaleable condition, including any original packaging where applicable.
Return shipping charge: Where a booklist order is accepted for return for change-of-mind or other customer-requested reasons, a $12.95 shipping charge will be deducted from the value of the return/refund. This charge applies even where the original shipping fee was discounted, subsidised or reduced to $0.00 as part of the original transaction.
Any applicable restocking fees, administration fees, payment processing fees, bank fees, surcharges and shipping charges may be deducted from the amount refunded to the customer.
The above cancellation, modification and return conditions apply to change-of-mind and other customer-requested changes and do not limit or exclude any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law, including in relation to faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or otherwise non-compliant goods.

Payment Information

Bank and card statement description: Payments made to Office Corporate & Education may appear on your bank or credit card statement as ‘ACCRA’ or ‘ACCRA Corporation Pty Ltd’. Please be aware of these transaction descriptions when reviewing your statement.

Shipping

Shipping fees and charges negotiated with each school are valid only until the end of January of the relevant Back to School season. From 1 February onwards, shipping fees may be increased or amended.
